Seth D. Lamden, partner in the Insurance Policyholder practice group, will present at the IDC’s Annual Spring Symposium in Chicago on March 10, 2017. Seth’s presentation is titled “Ethics and the Tripartite Relationship in Mass Toxic Tort Litigation” and will use vignettes of real-world scenarios to explore ethical issues involving settling a mass toxic tort case, defending cases involving potentially non-covered claims, and reporting issues.
