Steven F. Pflaum, chair of the General & Commercial Litigation practice group, was quoted in the article "Report: Fees Undermining Fairness Goal," published in the June 27, 2016 issue of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. In the article, Steve discusses the rising court fees in Illinois, outlined in a recently released report from the Statutory Court Fee Task Force. Steve serves as chair of the 15-member task force, to which he was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court.
