NGE served as counsel to OCA Ventures and Origin Ventures in their co-led $3.3 million seed financing in Prisidio, a software company that organizes its customers’ most important family documents in a secure online vault.  The NGE team was led by Private Equity, Venture Capital & Growth Companies practice leader Michael Gray.

OCA and Origin’s investment in Prisidio will help grow its mission to allow individuals to store, organize, manage, and share key documents and information with family and trusted advisors in one central location, ensuring security today while providing easy access for estate planning, retirement, business ventures, or other important life events.
