NGE served as counsel to Upfront Healthcare, a leading omnichannel communication and patient engagement platform, which raised $11.5 million in a Series B funding round, led by new investor Baird Capital and existing investor LRVHealth, along with participation from other Series A investors.  Upfront has received $21.5 million in financing to date.  The NGE team was led by Corporate & Securities partner Josh Klein with assistance from Jonathan Levine, Tara Anderson and Rebecca Benner.
