NGE served as legal advisor to Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation, a U.S.-based gold and silver producer, in its upsized public offering of 9,583,334 units (which included the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase 1,250,000 additional units) at a price to the public of $9.00 per unit.  Each unit issued in the offering consisted of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $10.50 per share.  The funds will be used for working capital expenditures, including the ramp up of operations at the Hycroft mine, construction of a new leach pad and associated infrastructure.  The offering was closed on October 6, 2020, and raised $86 million for Hycroft.
