On November 12, 2019, Marlon Lutfiyya, NGE’s Director of Talent & Diversity, Professional Recruitment and Development, presented at the November meeting of the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators (CALPA). CALPA is a nonprofit organization comprised of law firm recruitment and professional development employer members who exchange ideas and information to stay at the forefront of legal industry trends. The panel program focused on D&I initiatives in law firms, including best practices for collaboration across administrative departments and the integration of D&I-related considerations into everyday decisions and operations.
