On September 19, the NGE Women's Network hosted the panel discussion "Women Leaders on Innovation" at the Chicago Architecture Center.  NGE Labor & Employment partner Sonya Rosenberg moderated a panel that included Vicki Donati, General Counsel for Crate & Barrel; Sonali Lamba, Founder of Brideside; and Aleksandra Efimova, CEO for RP Group International.  The panel discussed their own successes and challenges, their innovation strategies related to market trends, the changing legal landscape, and the empowerment of female leadership.
