Michael Kelber was quoted in the Associated Press article “Streaming music may make cases like Katy Perry's more common,” published on August 3, 2019.  In the article, Michael discusses the lawsuit by Christian rapper Marcus Gray against Katy Perry, claiming her song "Dark Horse" steals from his song "Joyful Noise."  Michael states that the availability of streaming music helps plaintiffs make their access argument, and that Marcus Gray's win has opened the floodgates for similar litigation.
