NGE recently served as tax and benefits counsel for Anzu Partners in its sale of Axsun Technologies to Excelitas Technologies.  Anzu Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, had previously acquired Axsun from Volcano Corporation, a subsidiary of Royal Philips N.V., in October 2015.  The NGE team consisted of Scott Bakal, Patty Cain and Eric McLimore.
