Nicholas M. Miller has been named President-elect of the Turnaround Management Association’s Chicago/Midwest Chapter for 2017. Nick is a partner in Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group.
Nick’s selection as President-elect follows many years of leadership within the TMA. Among other roles, Nick has served as Vice President of Programming, chapter Secretary, and co-chair of the chapter’s Continuing Education Committee and NextGen Committee. He currently serves as a co-chair of the TMA’s 2017 Mid-American Regional Conference.
Nick, along with fellow Neal Gerber Eisenberg Partner Mark A. Berkoff, have the rare honor of winning multiple national TMA awards for their work with distressed companies. These awards include the Mid-Size Transaction of the Year Award for their work with Morris Publishing Group, and the Small Company Turnaround of the Year Award for their work with AeroCare Medical Transport System, Inc.

The Turnaround Management Association is a global non-profit organization comprised of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals with more than 8,300 members in 55 chapters including 32 in North America.
