Linda Hoseman, a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group, recently authored the article “4 Critical Benefits and Compensation Issues Facing Employers This Year,” published in Human Resource Executive. In the article, Linda outlines highly relevant topics that employers should keep top of mind in 2023 including reproductive care coverage in a post-Dobbs world, enforcement of mental health and addiction parity requirements, cybersecurity and retirement plans, and SEC final pay vs. performance disclosure rules.
