Neal Gerber Eisenberg Partner Alex Dominguez Recognized Among "40 Under Forty 2022 - Illinois Attorneys to Watch"

Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to announce that Labor & Employment partner Alexis M. Dominguez has been named one of the “40 Under Forty 2022 - Illinois Attorneys to Watch” by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

This honor recognizes those attorneys who demonstrate excellence in the legal profession and are viewed as the next generation of leaders and trailblazers by fellow attorneys. Individuals are selected on the basis of peer nominations.

Alex counsels and litigates on behalf of public and private companies, from a wide variety of industries, on federal and state labor and employment law issues nationwide. He has broad experience defending employment discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant claims. He also partners with human resource professionals on compliance with various state and federal labor and employment laws. He regularly drafts and reviews employment agreements, separation agreements and employee handbook policies. In addition to his employment practice, Alex advises clients on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, responding to unfair labor practice charges, and representing clients in arbitration with unions.

“The Chicago and Illinois legal community recognizes Alex for his intelligence and for his skill and aptitude for legal matters. He has an outstanding reputation regarding his legal career and his community involvement. Clients speak of him as a thoughtful and diligent counselor,” said Bobby Gerber, NGE Managing Partner. “ He is an extraordinary lawyer and an example to others at our firm and in the community.”

Neal Gerber Eisenberg is committed to fostering a firmwide culture where our attorneys shine. The firm is proud that Alex’s commitment to the legal profession and his community has been recognized, and pleased that the Law Bulletin Publishing Company has once again chosen one of our own to be among the “40 Under Forty - Illinois Attorneys to Watch” for the 13th consecutive year.
