Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to share that for a fifth consecutive year the firm has earned recognition in the category “Energy: Mining & Metals (Transactional)” in the 2022 Chambers Global guide. Partners David S. Stone and John J. Koenigsknecht, co-chairs of the firm’s Cross-Border & International practice group, lead the effort. Koenigsknecht is also the chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group.
Previously, Chambers had named Neal Gerber Eisenberg to its Spotlight Table in the Chambers Global guide and the nationwide Spotlight Table in the Chambers USA guide in this category since their respective inceptions. This year, Chambers discontinued the Spotlight Table and awarded the firm a Band 1 ranking. The firm is one of only seven U.S. firms so recognized by Chambers.
“John and David have built a rock-solid practice over time that the world’s most recognized mining and precious metals companies rely on when conducting cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions,” said Robert Gerber, Managing Partner. “The firm is thrilled that Chambers has recognized their work and the service they provide to their clients at such a high level, and all of us look forward to the successes that the future will bring.”
Notable clients include Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (recently restructured and sold), Sandstorm Gold Ltd., Pan American Silver Corporation, Orla Mining Ltd. (recently listed on the NYSE), Filo Mining, Anaconda Mining Inc. and Aurelius Minerals Inc.
