On Tuesday, July 27, NGE Director of Talent & Diversity Marlon Lutfiyya will participate in the podcast discussion "The Intersection of Diversity and Well Being: Law Firms Efforts to Support Diverse Attorneys," hosted by West LegalEdcenter/Celesq.  Marlon will be joined by Dr. Sharon Meit Abrahams, President of Legal Talent Advisors. 

The discussion will cover how the pandemic, racial protests and race-based violence have had unique impacts on the well-being of attorneys from underrepresented groups, and what law firms and legal departments can do to address the challenges and enhance the well-being of these attorneys.
