NGE recently represented American Building Services LLC (ABS) in connection with the sale of its business to The Cook & Boardman Group LLC. Established in 1968, ABS is a full-service provider of architectural doors, frames, hardware and related products to the commercial construction and multi-family housing markets in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. The NGE team was led by Earl Melamed with assistance from Austin Redman and Tara Anderson. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
