Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE) is pleased to announce that The Global M&A Network has announced NGE as the winner of a Turnaround Atlas Award in the “Consumer Products Restructuring of the Year” category for the firm’s work restructuring Hobbico, Inc., the world’s largest designer and distributor of various radio-controlled and general hobby products.  NGE guided Hobbico and various of its domestic and foreign affiliates through chapter 11, pursuing a multi-lot auction and 363 sale process that concluded in Q3 2018.  Financial Restructuring partners Nick Miller and Mark Berkoff, along with Tom Wolford, and Corporate M&A partner Bruce Fox, led the effort.  NGE and other award winners will be honored at the 11th Annual Gala Dinner, to be held in New York City at the Metropolitan Club on May 9, 2019.
