Stephen Fedo is Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s General Counsel. His practice involves the law of fiduciary relationships and professional conduct, as well as trial and appellate advocacy in many areas of business law. He has substantial experience in contested trusts and estates and in federal and state tax controversies. He has litigated political and policy questions in Illinois and nationally on behalf of both public and private entities. He serves as special counsel to the Illinois Supreme Court’s Board of Admissions to the Bar and Committee on Character and Fitness.

Since 1993, Stephen has served as an instructor in the Intensive Trial Practice Program at the University of Chicago Law School. He is also a frequent lecturer on bar admissions and on accommodation of disabled persons in connection with bar examinations.

Stephen has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2010.
