Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE) has bolstered its Corporate & Securities practice group with the addition of Partner Wesley “Wes” Nissen. He previously was partner and chair of the financial services practice group at DLA Piper.
Nissen works with asset managers, single-family offices, multifamily offices, and proprietary trading firms on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and raising venture capital. Wes built his career practicing corporate and financial services law. A certified public accountant, he assists clients with registration, regulation, and compliance for securities and commodities, guides them in the formation of private investment funds and hedge funds and has been involved in a number of significant domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions in the financial services industry.
