Neal Gerber Eisenberg Garners Global Recognition From Chambers

Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to announce that the firm has earned the distinction of being featured in the Spotlight Table in the category "Energy: Mining & Metals (Transactional)" in the 2018 Chambers Global guide. Partners David S. Stone and John J. Koenigsknecht, co-chairs of the firm’s Cross-Border & International practice group, lead this effort and have been named in the nationwide Spotlight Table in the Chambers USA guide in this category since its inception in 2016. This is the team’s first recognition in Chambers Global.

"I am thrilled that the team’s extraordinary work in mining and metals transactions has been recognized at the global level," said Scott J. Fisher, Managing Partner. "Their success at such decidedly sophisticated public and private cross-border mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions makes them an excellent resource for our clients, who are some of the largest mining and precious metals companies in the world. They have helped build a practice and reputation that places our firm among the ranks of much larger global-based firms. We are very proud of the work they have done and that they continue to do."

One client described their work in the following way: "They are proficient at navigating complex transactions, are extremely responsive and are very familiar with the securities law issues associated with Canadian/US cross-border transactions. They give practical advice and are focused on results." Notable clients include Goldcorp, Sandstorm Gold Ltd., Tahoe Resources, Hycroft Mining, Orla Mining Ltd., and Anaconda Mining Inc.
