Beth’s general practice makes her situated to handle all aspects of a client’s real estate and financing needs, from initial structuring, acquisition and financing, during operations, and through sale. She handles a wide range of real estate matters throughout the United States, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, construction financings, joint venture formation, corporate structuring, development agreements and leasing.

Beth represents a variety of clients that specialize in varying areas of real estate, including large-scale developments, industrial and manufacturing facilities, multifamily residential complexes, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and mixed-use projects. In addition, Beth’s business acumen and practical approach to lawyering makes her uniquely situated to effectively advise non-real estate companies in connection with their real estate needs. She has significant experience in counseling non-real estate companies and specialty asset classes, including hospitality properties, athletic clubs, self-storage facilities and parking garages. Beth works closely with other practice areas at NGE, from tax to employment to intellectual property, to find nimble and efficient solutions to best serve her client’s broad and varied goals. She appreciates that every client has unique needs, that there is no “one size fits all” approach, and enjoys working collaboratively with her team to best meet those needs.

In addition, Beth is the co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Network Leadership Team and a member of the Sustainability Committee, which develops and oversees firm initiatives designed to reduce NGE's environmental footprint.
