Gene is a frequent speaker and has lectured on a variety of employment law and traditional labor topics including Workplace Privacy Issues, Advanced Topics under the FMLA, Crafting Effective Employment Agreements and the Employee Free Choice Act. Gene has been listed in the 2009-2011 and 2016-2018 editions of Illinois Super Lawyers.
