Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to announce that Labor & Employment partner Alexis M. Dominguez has been named one of the “40 Under Forty 2022 - Illinois Attorneys to Watch” by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

This honor recognizes those attorneys who demonstrate excellence in the legal profession and are viewed as the next generation of leaders and trailblazers by fellow attorneys. Individuals are selected on the basis of peer nominations.

Alex counsels and litigates on behalf of public and private companies, from a wide variety of industries, on federal and state labor and employment law issues nationwide. He has broad experience defending employment discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant claims. He also partners with human resource professionals on compliance with various state and federal labor and employment laws. He regularly drafts and reviews employment agreements, separation agreements and employee handbook policies. In addition to his employment practice, Alex advises clients on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, responding to unfair labor practice charges, and representing clients in arbitration with unions.
